PreDispersed Polymer Masterbatch Range

The PM range of rubber chemicals is geared to the needs of profile and fine injection moulded rubber components, where surface appearance is critical. Advantages include

• Rapid mixing and good dispersion in wide range of elastomers
• Excellent flow properties, for optimal resluts in automatic dosing systems
• Virtually dust free, enabling clean and safe handling

Our range of rubber chemicals includes, Dithiocarbamates and Thiuram Accelerators, Anti-Oxidant dithiocarbamates, Thiourea's, Sulphenamides, Thiazoles, Guanidine's, Sulphur and other additives.

Active powder form of the rubber accelerators for PM production are specified to low sieve residues, while the PM’s are passed through screen packs of up to 140 micron, giving the highest quality finish for manufactured rubber goods.

Polymeric binder systems based on EPDM, NBR and Epichlorohydrin rubber are optimised for  Internal and Open mill mixing, providing consistent compounding properties.

PM’s are available in either colour-coded pellets or strip form; alternatively they can be manufactured to individual customer specifications.
