Nitrosamine Solutions

Our on-going research and development programme is focused on the development of cost effective low and nil nitrosamine producing accelerators.

Products include;

• AS100, an FDA approved xanthogen polysulphide, which contains no nitrogen and cannot form nitrosamine;
• Arbestab N and Z - long alkyl chain ‘safe’ soluble dithiocarbamates; 
• ZBEC - traditional dithiocarbamate of the 'safe' Di-Benzylamine
• SAA30- a primary thioamine salt of a safe dithiocarbamate.
• Robosol - an aqueous dispersion based upon SAA30 specifical designed for thin film latex and foam products.
• ZIX - Zinc salt of Isopropyl Xanthate - Active secondary accelerator
• SIX - Sodium salt of Isopropyl Xanthate.

It is possible to have improve dynamic AND thermal properities whilst cost effective cure systems have been developed for EPDM applications to remove TMTD and other conventional, environmentally hazardous dithiocarbamates/thiurams.
